Refund polic:
A. Your dresses will be carefully inspected by our QC before it is shipped to you. If you find any flaw or damage that you think was missed during our inspection, you have 5 business days from the time EMS delivers to the designated shipping address to notify me that you would like us to re-inspect your dresses. Please contact with us soon.
If it's my responsibility, I will make you satisfy as you demand. Maybe all money will be refunded after deduction of the mailing and handling fees. Mailing fees will be charged again for any change and return of products. Please contact me within 5 days after receiving the gown. Failure to do so shall not be valid for any refund.
B. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Return of gowns will only be considered for notice within 15 days after receipt of products. For additional time, I will refuse to receive the dress.
C. Please note that I am unable to accept responsibility for the merchandise being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order.
